Domino's Pizza - Chanhassen

It was a little disappointed that a special order that did not demand a garlic parmesan on crust was made with plentiful amounts of it. I have demanded a price adjustment to my order. the type wanted to give me a loan for a few things on my next order. When I called the following week to redeem, they had no idea what I'm talking about and said they'd give me something, so I'm not getting mad. it was a stranger to talk to a customer.

There's no need to discuss what Domino's is; we all know it well. The issues seem to stem more from storage and consistency in their operations. Since moving to this neighborhood, I've found myself ordering from Domino's at least once a week. The pizza is consistently great, and I enjoy the sides—they're always good, even if some items are better than others; that's just a matter of personal preference, not the restaurant's fault. Overall, this is probably the best Domino's location I've ever ordered from, and I'm glad it's nearby. They understand the brand and deliver top-notch service, making it a reliable choice.

I have ordered many doses before this place and have never had a problem. I ordered hot wings and they were delivered to them without sauce. I called the load to let them know that they sent them on the wings without sauce. the manager paul was very rude and hangs the phone on me. when I called back to tell him that it was extremely rude to have hung the phone and he took it as sweat.

I've never been so upset with a pizza in my life. we have been in this chanhassen situation for 2 minutes and it has always been good, but tonight this will be our last time. we put an order for approx. 60$ worth on food for our family and waited for an hour and when we tried to call the load to check on our order, the kerl rob would simply answer and say. we called two separate times and got ten minutes in rest. that is so disrespectful! after the unsuccessful telephone calls my man had to be dressed and drive to the place that is again not a big thing since his closeness. they do not even have our order placed in the system yet! my man said he was the only one. so my man had to wait another 25 minutes again so that they actually make our order. the only thing they offered us was a discount of 3$ for changing our order from delivery to execution. in my opinion, our order should be free since we did not go there, who knows when we would get our order. not happy!

Always happy and nice when I've been in or ordered delivery. Went in tonight and they were very busy, saw I was waiting and marked my order as a priority and it was done quickly. Guy making pizza joked with my daughter while he was throwing dough. Restaurant staff and drivers have all been very friendly with my experiences. Great job Domino's Chanhassen!!
