Great wings...We did takeout this time... the dedicated spots were occupied by people who were not in the take-out counter. I suppose they have limited control over this.

Buffalo Wild Wings and our server, Kayla, did an amazing job accomodating our large group for a birthday party. Kayla was very attentive to making sure our group had what we needed. Thank you!

Asking me to fill out an online form to make it right is not acceptable.Food wasn 't ready 20 minutes after pick up time... Young kid finally pulls it out of back of warmer. Seems shocked when I just ask for a refund from my online order. The manager seemed equally shocked, but processed the refund. He then tried to make it right by offering my food for free.Dude. I do NOT want bdubs that 's just been getting baked in a warmer non stop forever.

I scheduled my order of wings ahead of time for the Super Bowl. I ended up waiting in the restaurant for 70 minutes. When I finally got my wings and went home, I realized they had also gotten my order wrong and given me boneless instead of traditional wings.Unacceptable.

It's bdubs... not exceptional by any means but it's alright. Beer was cold, wings were ok. My bun on the burger was burnt but promptly replaced after brought up to server. Overall was an average experience at an average place. The service was also pretty good, attentive but not overbearing.
