The food was excellent. The porotta and butter chicken were particularly outstanding. The biriyani was also delicious, especially when compared to other restaurants in Kottayam.

The dining experience was not enjoyable and the prices were too high. Additionally, there was dirt on the tops of the soda cans. When we went to pay, the owner was constantly on the phone and we had to wait for another employee to notice us and take our payment. It was a negative experience overall, with slow service, poor food quality, and a lack of explanation for the issues we encountered. They claimed their kitchen was busy, but the restaurant was nearly empty.
