Full breakfast at 6:30 am. Healthy options with eggs and bacon. Great coffee. Oatmeal with multiple toppings.

It's a basic hotel, with basic amenities. They offer food, dinner and breakfast for a price. Hot tub is out of order. Construction going on in the lobby. It's better than a motel six that's for sure however many of other options in the area.

This place is an aberration in the Marriot portfolio. I confirmed daily housekeeping upon check-in. Day 1: Someone left new towels and emptied trash. Bed was not made nor bathroom cleaned/straightened. Day 2: Nothing. I asked my fellow colleagues also staying there about their experiences and they mentioned dirty towels and linens (one of my pillows still had mascara stains on it. . Gym lacked towels. Lemon water was great...if it wasn't empty at 7pm. There are plenty of hotels in this area. I will NOT be staying here again.

Nice and clean hotel, with wide rooms well equipped. The location is a bit far from Chandler downtown but is in a quiet area and convenient for Phoenix airport and for Chandler city. Good value for money in general.

Amelia was great front desk host! i called prior to my check in and told her i wont be present for my original check in and that my flight was looking full (stand by life) and if it was possible to cancel my reservation from 2 nights to 1. she assisted me with no headache and i ended up making my flight and still was able to keep my original reservation. i got in around after midnight and was greeted by a different front desk host who was also friendly and professional. Wish i remeber his name but he was excellent as well and got me my room key and pulled up my reservations with no speed bump! excellent food excellent stay and of course excellent staff all around!
