We had made a reservation at Sushi Ken and arrived on time. After my wife, who is Japanese, stood in the door for 10 minutes without receiving anyone, she gets to ask one of the waitresses in the restaurant. Then we sat at the counter and after a while a waitress came to us. We placed several orders for reels, sushi and sashimi that arrived over the next 90 minutes (one of the first ordered reels that arrived an hour later. The sushi negiri was good while the reels were just fine. There were some specials on board, but the prices were on a par with most sushi restaurants. Although this was a Friday early evening experience with a busy crowd, the restaurant appeared underoccupied and needed an organization. If you're going to eat here, you should have enough patience and time.
