Starbucks - Chandler

I don't drink coffee, but I really enjoy your iced tea lemonades and refreshers. However, I'm puzzled by the excessive amount of ice in these drinks. I often forget to request less ice. Given the price, I believe you should reconsider the amount of ice being used, as it takes away from the actual beverage we're paying for. On a positive note, I absolutely love your pumpkin and banana bread!

The service is quite slow, but everything else meets the typical Starbucks standards. As for parking, there is plenty of space available, but I suggest using the drive-thru since the staff tends to overlook the register.

Rosie Bad Manager Skills. Keep trying though.All I had were $100 bills . Okay come on I was $2 short for a $20 order and they're telling me no. Telling me I got to use apple pay. I'm a Android guy. All bad. And I've been coming there 3 days in a row as I was on a business trip from Los Angeles. Bad experience Rosie. I never had a bad experience at a Starbucks.

I am in this location as I’m writing this. Dylan has been providing spectacular customer service to everyone that comes in. I received my food and drink order quickly. Not only are they efficient, but also very friendly!
