Rubio's Coastal Grill - Chandler

This is the best Rubios in the valley! The staff was kind and friendly, and they made sure our order was perfect even though we ordered a lot of food. Our food came out quickly and it tasted amazing. Thank you again!

I had not visited Rubio's in years, but decided to have lunch there on a Saturday around 1 pm. It was not too busy and there was no line when we arrived. The kid who took our order was fantastic. The three of us all ordered the original fish taco plate, which came to about $40. These were the best fish tacos I have had in a while. The portions of crispy fish were big and flaky, with soft corn tortillas. The white sauce and shredded cabbage were just the right amount. The fish was incredibly fresh, straight out of the fryer! The plate came with plenty of chips, and the beans were good. The salsa bar had a variety of options, with the guajillo salsa being tangy and the Diablo hot sauce being fantastic. I would like to give a shout-out to Eric, who came by our table after we finished to see if we needed anything else. He was super friendly and took care of our empty plates and cups. I would definitely return to this Rubio's anytime I am in the Germann and Gilbert area.
