Original Chopshop - Chandler

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The lunch menu offers a great variety of items, all freshly made and delicious. There is ample seating both indoors and outdoors, with a charming decor to enjoy. Parking can be a challenge, so be prepared to possibly walk a bit. The area is surrounded by local shops, perfect for a post-meal stroll. If you're looking for something new and different, this is the place to visit!

This cafe/restaurant is definitely charming. I was greeted adequately, but there wasn't much interaction from the employee. Even when I mentioned that I was unsure of what to order, the employee just stood there. However, I did enjoy my Mediterranean sandwich. The flavor was delightful! The sandwich fell apart easily and was more like a salad than a traditional sandwich. The fresh squeezed juice was just okay. While the ingredients were fresh, it was served at room temperature and the flavor was bland and watery. Overall, I had a decent lunch but I don't see a compelling reason to return.

The food at Original ChopShop is delicious and nutritious, and the drinks are decent as well. However, the prices are quite high, even by 2022 standards. I assume this is due to the expensive rent in the downtown area. The staff is friendly and the seating is limited.
