Drive-thru at 2 on a Sunday afternoon. I asked for several ketchups with my order. They gave me 2. I asked for several more and they gave me three more. I asked for a few more because I eat a lot of ketchup. The girl straight up told me they didn't have any more. I told her McDonald's doesn't run out of ketchup in the middle of the day and she said they didn't have any more again. Customer service is something this generation doesn't understand. And even if you suck at customer service don't tell an obvious lie to your customer. Show some respect.
