We both ordered steakes which were cooked to perfection. Our waiter was attentive without being annoying. For desert we had this heavily strawberry shortcake.
This was our first visit to this location. We had a issue with how my wife's steak was prepared but the manager, Kevin, took care of it right away. He offered my wife soup so we could eat together. Nice offer but she declined as she had already eaten a salad. Great service. Pleasant server: Nora. Great job! Based on how the situation was handed, the prices, and taste of our food, we will return. BTW-Great atmosphere plus the entire staff is very friendly.
I have read other reviews after my visit. I had an excellent experience. our server, charisma, was so nice and friendly. service with a smile that I love. the food was hot and delicious. the beer was cold and the beer glass frit. my chicken and strawberry salad was delicious, it was plentiful so I took a few home. others had a steak and really enjoyed it. they also serve a warm honey wheat bread with butter. we had divided a desert, several away. I must agree that you can rub or season a little too salty (you can always add to the table). I have seen several menu items that I plan to go back and try. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
I travel to Chandler monthly for business, making Longhorn a regular stop as it is right next to my hotel. I usually shy away from chains due to obvious consistency issues, but this location has usually delivered. Typically good value and good service...not so much this week during my two visits. I stopped in Wednesday night and again tonight, experiencing shaky service both times. Each visit I was asked if I wanted bread, which I usually decline, but accepted both nights. I never received said bread during either visit. Not a huge deal, but clearly becoming a trend. Had two different servers each night, with both avoiding any variety of attentive service. They seem more interested in closing down 2 hours early rather than taking care of guests. Tonight I ordered an app and a drink, hung out and watched the draft, and decided I wanted more food around 8pm. Asked for a menu again, which I received, but never had a check back so I could actually place an order. Finished my drink, waited for the guy to finally come back my way (menu down and clearly waiting for someone to help me), and asked for the check. Didn't ask if I needed anything else or offer anything at all. Check was Delivered and I closed out. (I was thinking about a ribeye and maybe another drink... lost). Returned to my hotel and ordered food via doordash from another restaurant. No manager check ins, no attention to detail, and no regard for guest satisfaction. Understandable that operations are not easy (I do the same for a living), but a small effort here would go a long way. Hopefully this finds the right set of eyes.
Rude rude rude overheard staff speaking negatively about my fiancée and I when we sat down at the bar top. You think they would welcome business, seeing as we were one of the only customers in the restaurant. Won't be back
