Contribuiți la feedbackTook my daughter on a date to get poke, love this place! Great vibes and atmosphere! Had don toliver, young thug and good variety of music playingFood: 5/5
I've eaten here a few times. I see comments like portions are small, or one is about sauce too sugary. This place is super accommodating. Not only are they willing to ammend issues with food, but they can accommodate anything you may ask for. If you want something a bit more filling? Just ask. They have always recommended something different per what I've wanted everytime I come in. I highly recommend this place, and don't listen to the comments that say anything different. Always ask for accommodations
All these five star reviews are bots don’t believe the “professional” photos because you are being duped. I wish I could give zero stars. This is not poké. This place sux, don’t come here. I would rather make the drive somewhere else. Standing water around all the ingredients. I wanted to order salmon and octopus, but it looked like it was in a bowl of its own hydrogenated oil. Random pieces of ingredients sprinkled about in others. It felt like getting poké at a circle k. Barely had the stomach to order. Wish I could get my money back. This place will be out of business and replaced by something else soon. So just wait it out and don’t go here. This is no better than gas station sushi. If you’re in the area and want real great authentic poké with the option of real sushi rice check out gosan poké. You’d be glad to meet them! ?EDIT: I should have waited to post this after I ate the food. Couldn’t get though it. Ultimately after eating from koibito poké, I’ve decided that if I wanted better food I should have just bought a giant bucket of fried chicken and just ate the skin.Seriously don’t eat here.
The service is exceptional. I'm not a huge fan of the food. They give you very little protein for the price, and also skimp on the rice. The spicy tuna is not very good. I've tried the citrus ponzu and sriracha aioli and don't like either of them. Usually I like sriracha aioli. The tap water is very bad. But, again the service was very good. So, that's why they get 3 stars.
As an alternative to sushi, I highly recommend Poke bowls. Out of all the poke places I have tried Koibito Poke at Gilbert location is the freshest, the most filling and the tastiest. The gentleman who served us was very kind to explain what to order and what the options are. You may not see spicy crab in the menu but it's there. I ordered a medium custom bowl consisting of 2 scoops of spicy crab and one scoop of spicy tuna, with onions, ginger and cucumber. We went away happy after finishing our meals and would gladly return when opportunities arise.
