Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chandler

This location is the worst. They always skim on ingredients or mess up to go orders. I always check the bag before I leave and have to have them correct something. They literally put no cheese in my quesadilla. The bowls are always half full. It's so frustrating because this location is RIGHT next to my house. Every time I go back to try and give them a chance, they disappoint.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered Uber eats and the order has come like this. For clarification I ordered extra steak and spicy salsa. I am done with chipotle. It's expensive and with work I can't go pick it out myself in store. It's not hard to provide a fair portion of food for this being over 21 dollars. Please train your staff on how to prepare a burrito bowl. As if I was in person, there is no way they would serve it like this.

Walked in at 830 and was told they are out of a few meats... you close at 11 which is an hour and half away. Why are you open if you are gonna stop serving the food?? lazy

This is honestly the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. It doesn't matter what time of day, but it is the slowest and most unfriendly service/location. Furthermore, when I've ordered online to bypass the excessive wait times, the order is never correct.

We ordered delivery. Only 2 out of the 4 items were delivered. Tried to get in contact with the store it is impossible to talk to anyone. There is no customer service. This isn't the first time items have been missing in my orders so shame on me for even giving them another chance. I will never give this place my time or money again. They don't even deserve 1 star I had to give them something to write my review.
