I have been a regular visitor to this meat expert for some time now, and I can't fault it. Coming from Scotland, I truly value the importance of a butcher in the community, especially in a time where meat is mass-produced in factories and quickly distributed to consumers. This butcher takes great care of their product and their customers. As you can see in the pictures below, I recently cooked a New York strip loin from this butcher, and I can confidently say it was one of the best cuts of meat I have ever tasted.

They offer high-quality meat, including exotic options when they have unique recipes available. If they don't have something in stock, they are willing to cut it fresh from the back coolers.
