Arby's - Chandler

I had a pleasant experience at this Arby's. The restaurant was clean and had a good amount of employees working.

I have received the incorrect sandwich several times at this restaurant. I consistently order the regular classic roast beef sandwich, but I am consistently given (and charged for) the beef and cheddar sandwich instead.

This restaurant elevates fast food to a new level. I received a prompt greeting and enjoyed hot and fresh food. I ordered the smokehouse brisket, which was smoked for 13 hours and topped with smoked gouda. I added fresh tomatoes and onions to customize it. The dish was a culinary delight. The restaurant is well-maintained and clean. I would definitely make a special trip just to eat here again.

Delightful food order each and every time, even when going through drive-through, the orders are accurate and fresh. My turkey and cheese sandwich is always made perfectly, with enough mayo/mustard and very fresh bread. The hero is always ample and madewell. The jalapeno poppers are always tasty. This Arby's get highest score for both their great food as well as superb Customerservice!

I was pleasantly surprised when the server recommended a vegetarian option that I hadn't tried before. While I don't typically dine at this restaurant, my husband wanted to try their new burger. This decision made both of us happy and we were pleased with the excellent customer service.
