Huge waiting time, we ordered at 14h37 on 24/12/2021, it is 15h00, we are still not served. I head to the manager because I want to be patient but there are limits, he answers me dryly, and takes it to his employee Aina, super nice in front of me in a fairly virulent way!!!! I can understand the lack of staff sometimes, but the least of the things in this kind of situation is to apologize to the client and not send him for a walk!!!! Review your recruitment...
