Subway - Champlin

Subway consistently offers buy one get one free deals. When you come across a delicious sub, it is always a great deal.

Staff is very efficient. Every time I order on the app my sandwiches are always ready on time.

I have never been to a worse Subway location! The service is extremely slow. I ordered a #10 sandwich and was asked what I wanted on it. Shouldn't that be predetermined? Come on, get your act together!

Went in last week with a coupon for a $5.99 footlong. Was charged 8.69??? They must of though they deserved a big tip. WONT GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!

I arrived at this restaurant and found it empty. The door chime rang, but the worker in the back continued to do dishes. It wasn't until two more customers came in separately, about 8-10 minutes later, that the employee finally washed their hands. The worker was very short and rude, unless you were a regular ordering an easy sandwich. Unfortunately, my sandwich was not closed properly before being wrapped, causing the sauce to spill everywhere inside the bag. The restaurant seemed unclean and understaffed. As a former Subway manager, it appears that everyone could benefit from more training, especially considering the slow pace of the location. If given the opportunity, I would definitely help whip them into shape.
