Pizza Hut In Champl - Champlin

Very unhappy with the service! I ordered chicken Alfredo and they somehow put bacon in my food! I dont eat pork for many reasons, and the manager had no remorse for what happened. They offered a ten dollar credit, or a fresh pasta. I declined because I do t trust your food safety handling skills. She then proceeds to tell me “the chicken and pork are next to each other, that’s probably how it ended up in there. The pineapples and green peppers are by each other, and sometimes pineapples get on a veggies pizza.” Bruh people are deathly allergic to pineapples you dip stick. I’m seriously pisssed!! Give me myyy monneyyy back!! I asked her for her boss over her, and she said “I can’t give you that information.” So I asked for a corporate number, and she told me “I’m not allowed to do that.” Wtfff! I googled Pizza Hut corporate number, and was able to speak to someone. Now I have to wait three business days for a response. Screw you Pizza Hut. I’m very disappointed!! Food is to expensive nowadays for your crew to be playing around with peoples health!

We ordered a box that included pizza, breadsticks and a 2L of pop. We didn't receive our pop. After I called we received a credit on our account and the driver brought us the pop. Pizza and customer service were both excellent.

Better than the Pizza Hut closer to my area. Worth the drive.

This location is a carry out location for myself because it doesn't deliver to my address. I wish it had a drive thru, especially during the winter. Food and service are always great!

Good service fast delivery I just wish pizzahut didn't change their pizza. 30 years ago or so it was phenomenal but it's good for the 21st century
