Le Resto du Palladium - Champéry

Eating was over expectation! we had not expected too much, but it was all very good to eat, so we decided to stay in the hotel too.

We had pizza and pasta here. I went for the vegetarian pizza that looked like it had only one dose mixed veg on the top, quite delicious yet. good beer on hahn, wine and coffee

Great eating and great atmosphere, my friends enjoy a lot, the very good eating and the prices, and the personal! everyone was fantastic. a place to go back, safe! thank you for everything

A year ago I ate in the palladium. the goat cheese salad was great. for 26 chf it had a nice melted cheese with figs, rusts on pieces of delicious roasted brot. the whole show. the price. I was back last week and ordered the same salate. it was small, the cheese was not heated, (rough and cold) there were no rust, no figs. simple green salad with red cabbage and a terrible standard sauce. I had to ask for a Balsamico vinegar. the cheese was on slices of thick, limp, tasteless, not roasted brot. the same brot served on the table. my man had spaghetti bolognese. a catastrophe. spaghetti with tomato taste. my daughter was served a piece of chicken breast. the breast was boiled in half in a very greasy way with a few vulgar vegetables and sticky pasta. lousy service, lousy eating, at a very expensive price. I usually complain if I am not satisfied, but I was so upset; I went without saying a word. I guess I wanted to forget this culinary failure.

Great food and great atmosphere, my friends enjoying a lot, the very good food and the prices, and the personal!!! Everybody was fantastic. One place to go again, for sure! Thanks for everything ???? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
