They are short staffed. they said 10 min wait. almost 40 mins now. they are trying to fill a catering order on top of everyone ordering in line. poor service.

We recently used La Paloma for a corporate event. The food was authentic and delicious! The staff was quick and courteous. We will definitely use them for future events. Don’t forget to get a churro!!

The most authentic mouth watering Mexican food! You should run not walk when you see this food truck. The green sauce is the best along with the fresh tasty ingredients they use. I’ll never be able to eat any other Mexican after having La Paloma!!!
