The service was terrible, they sold cold sandwiches but refused to refill our sandwiches. So, do you want a cold sandwich?

Only giving 4 stars because they did not have mochi topping for the ice cream I ordered, nor strawberries even though they were promoting a strawberry parfait ice cream. I just got a matcha and vanilla twist and it was so good!
