Pizzeria Antica Champaign

This restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy delicious gelato and authentic Italian pizza. It's one of the rare places that offers vegan pizza options, which I appreciate. The sauce and crust of the pizza are my personal favorites. While I wish there were more vegan choices on the menu, I am still happy that at least one option is available. Overall, the restaurant is excellent.

The pizza was pretty good overall, but one of the pizzas was not baked evenly (one side was soggy while the other side was blackened). The restaurant only had one server on duty, so having more staff would improve the overall experience.

We decided to visit this restaurant spontaneously with our energetic two-year-old, and the staff were extremely accommodating. The owner provided us with children's books and toys to keep him entertained while we waited for our food. When the dishes arrived, our little one couldn't get enough of it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The pizza is ok. It is bland and when we picked it up, it was cold. The salad is the biggest disappointment. I can't believe they actually packed this up for us and sent us off with it like there was nothing missing. As in half theingredients. No bell pepper. No radish. No carrot. And the olives are definitely canned pitted black olives. Thelettuce was wilted and brown. Nasty. Way overpriced and will not be going back.
