Ko Fusion - Champaign

One of the perks of the new location is that they now have dedicated parking with a safety gate. You receive a token to exit, and we assume parking is free since there are tokens available at the hostess desk. We visited on a Sunday and noticed they didn’t offer dollar sushi that day. The bartender mentioned that they plan to bring it back on Sundays and Mondays, which is great news! Additionally, there is a section for Korean BBQ equipped with Zojirushi grills at the tables. As for drinks, they offer a selection of beers including Sapporo, Sing Tao, Kirin Ichiban, and more. For sushi, we ordered the classics: the Rainbow Roll, Philadelphia Roll, Volcano Roll, and Yellowtail Roll. Everything was excellent! We highly recommend dining here, but be prepared to spend a bit, as it isn’t cheap. However, the quality is worth it!

Our waiter was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. Be sure to try the Chicago roll and the cream rolls. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!
