The sandwiches are consistently burnt. I would rate this place zero stars if I could. It seems that the issue doesn't occur when the college students are on shift.

Andy was excellent as a cashier. He was very patient and kind while I was placing my order. We definitely need more employees like him!

The quality of the coffee you get depends on the mood of the workers on that day. I once got one of the best lattes I've had, but last week I got literal iced milk.

I just got a matcha from this location and barely any of the matcha powder was even mixed into the drink. i was one of 2 customers so the excuse that they?re busy doesn?t cut it. if i?m paying $6 for a drink that?s just milk and powder, i expect itto be done a little better. i?ve included a picture of how it looked AFTER stirring for a while
