Arby's - Champaign

Very friendly staff. clean escap. eating is what they would expect at any arbys.

Not sure whether the hair was matted in the bungalow or the mold. whatever it was, absolutely disgusting. I have pictures to prove it.

This store does not participate in mobile or mobile ordering. will not return.

I bought dinner for my wife and I. I went to Culver’s, but after that I moved on the parking lot and parked. I saw and saw an arby’s and quickly changed my mind. I'm back in my car and I went to arby. I'm out of my vehicle and I locked the doors. no sign, no one came to say anything, a person in what I believe in a mgmt. evenly guided through the front door area with a coffee in the hand. there was no confirmation that I existed. a second person came up to come in, but we both drove away with that to eat somewhere. please understand that I understand that today it is a fight to get people to deliver qualitatiw high quality customer service. if someone came to the door and said something to confirm my annoyance, I wouldn't send this email. I don't know that maybe the propulsion thru opened, but again there was no sign nor someone came to leave us no one or the others. my reception of culvers shows 4:03:17 am 9/03/2022. so it before, when I decided to apply for their situation.
