St-Hubert Express - Chambly

Great restaurant! I always go there or order out and the service is always exellent! Very clean and thw food is always hot and fresh!!

This was our second time ordering the fried chicken from this restaurant. We were told it would take about 45 minutes, but it actually arrived 1 hour and 37 minutes later. To make matters worse, neither meal had the "special" sauce that we were looking forward to. Both of our boxes looked like they had been through a war, with sauces spilled everywhere on the bottom. When we called to complain, we were only offered a $2.50 credit on our $25 meal. We will not be ordering from or visiting this St. Hubert location again. Rant over.

Drive-thru only. Too many errors on orders. You only find out when you get home. I call them and they just dont care.

I ordered and they said about 30 mins delay. They called me to say that they Ram out of chicken. Yes, chicken. It was going to be another 30 mins in the oven plus 15-20 mins to deliver. They forced me to either cancel the order or wait. The manager was nowhere to be found, didn't offer a credit or even an apology. The sad part is, this isn't the first time. Awful service.

At least during Corona-Times no place to recommend. Very few tables for eating are open to public use. No napkins, no cups, no cutlery available. Order desk is hard to hear/understand behind a plastic wall and with masks. Perhaps you better use the driver in and stay in your car.
