My wife and I had a wonderful dinner recently at Tre Colori to celebrate her birthday. We had reserved a table and it was actually available earlier than we expected. There are seats available at the bar as well as on the outside terrace. We started with calamari for two, which was a very large serving with a delicious dipping sauce. I had the veal Marsala and my wife had the filet de sole meuniere, both of which were excellent. Both dishes were served with seared vegetables which were very tasty as well but my wife was served a side order of French Fries, which was unusual for a fish dish. Our waitress added a small salad for free when we asked about the fries Tre Colori has an extensive wine selection but there are no non-alcohol wines yet available. This has been one of the top restaurants in Chambly and continues to be so.

Because I eat pasta at home with the homemade tomato sauce of my Italian neighbour, I hesitate to order pasta in a restaurant. So glad, I decided to try the fettucini with Gigi sauce at this restaurant. I loved it. The taste was strong without falling into the hot spicy trend, a rich blend of flavours. My companion ordered the Bellissima pizza and it was hard to resist tasting it myself more than once. Next time we visit Chambly we will definitely eat there again. The terrace with the fountain was very pleasant and the restaurant is really clean with a great interior design.
