The welcome is nice, the service not very fast but the waitress very kind. Pizzas may be good, but no luck we've chosen some saltimbocca escalopes. The scalope is thick and bathes in the water as if it had been boiled or micro-undated. She's not tender either. Above the mozzarella, ham dried by the oven passage. In accompaniment, pasta in a granular sauce, again with lots of water. Anyway, it was our first and last time at Volfoni.
