Quiznos - Chamblee

I recently had the best hot, toasted sandwich in a long time. The meat and toppings were impressive and didn't disappoint at all. The steak sandwich is absolutely amazing on Rosemary Parmesan bread, topped with two kinds of cheese, mushrooms, and onions. It's incredibly delicious! The staff was friendly too.

This is one of the last Quiznos I have seen, and they don't disappoint! The team is so nice, and they really make an effort to remember you and your order for the next time you are there. I think the manager is Anesha, and she is always just the sweetest :

I received a promo code through T-Mobile, but according to the T-Mobile app, the code had to be redeemed through the Quiznos app. I followed the instructions, waited 20 minutes per the Quiznos app, and entered the store to pick up my meal. I was told by the staff that they were not accepting online orders (although they have a sign over the cash register that reads Online Orders Pickup , so I had to place my order with them again and redeem the promo code in store. So, I waited in line and placed my order (which they messed up and had to remake . When I attempted to check out, I was told that I couldn 't redeem the promo code because I had already redeemed it online. Therefore, after waiting a total of 45 minutes, I left the store empty handed and with a few less dollars in my checking account because the Quiznos app charged my account for the order I placed.

I honestly did not want to post this publicly. I haven enjoyed Quiznos for years. And this store has great customer service. On my last purchase (one week ago today) after my first bite into my sandwich, I found a live wiggling worm next to the other half of my sandwich. I couldn't eat another bite. I haven't returned since. (I did video the worm).

I'm really happy to have a Quiznos nearby! The food at this location is always excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I've been coming here for years.
