Aki Japanese - Chambersburg

The food was excellent, but the show left much to be desired. Our server did a great job.

I recently visited Aki Restaurant and had the worst service I've ever encountered. They state that lunch service ends at 2:30 PM, but in reality, they stop taking orders at 1:50 PM. Additionally, I was informed that I needed to be part of a group of two or more to enjoy hibachi, which was surprising to me since I travel frequently along the East Coast and have never come across such a policy before. Furthermore, none of this information is available on their website. Overall, it was a huge waste of time!

The food here is consistently excellent, and the portion sizes are generous.

Love this place. I always ask for the same server (Benny). He's great. He remembers my name, what I drink, and is just an all-around excellent waiter giving excellent service.

Amazing fried rice and yum yum sauce, the hibachi never disappoints, my only complaint is that the shrimp is very hard and rubbery in texture, like it's been freezer burnt or something. Other than that, this place is great for takeout :
