Le Chambertois - Chamberet

My family and I ate here this evening on a quick stop over in Chamberet. My husband and son had pizzas which were OK and I ordered a goats cheese salad. The price for the salad was nearly 13 euros, a little more than the pizzas cost. What turned up was a approx 4-5 lettuce leaves, about half a chopped tomato, 3 pieces of pepper, 2 small slices of french loaf with exactly 4 small slices of goats cheese on! Not the idea of a main meal salad I had in mind! When I complained to the owner, I was told it was an entree,not a main meal! It certainly had not said this on the menu, it was advertised as a salad and at that price, I had expected a proper main course size. The owner was rude,did not offer any money off and I was left feeling very disappointed. She clearly has NO customer service in mind and cannot take fair and justified criticism. Other diners also seemed let down by the size of their salads as part of the 'menu complet ' as this was also just 2 lettuce leaves and 3 pieces of goats cheese. Total RIP off...would not recommend apart from a very average pizza place. I have eaten much better salads in far better establishments for less.

I really like this little tobacco bar because the lady who holds it is always available, kind and very elegant. Let's go once. Let's go back.

Un petit restaurant qui fait aussi tabac, presse,... l'accueil est chaleureux et la petite terrasse ombragée par des parasols très agréables. Le rapport qualité prix est bon. Et les enfants sont reçus comme des rois (prêt de legos, puzzles). La cuisine est faite maison

Repas sans originalité mais très correct pour 12 € : salade de tomates,bavette frites maison et coupe de fraises chantilly. Service rapide, bien que la patronne fasse la cuisine et le service.

Accueil médiocre, cadre médiocre, cuisine médiocre, intoxication en prime. J'ai mangé le plat du jour et j'ai été malade comme un chien. La restauration est un métier... A fuir absolument.
