Wawa - Chalfont

I'm experiencing a lot of mixed feelings lately, and today I ended up with a very disappointing salad. My son noticed it too, as if I had mentioned something. There were missing ingredients that were clearly listed on the order, and the sandwiches were not made as requested.

Since the move to the new location, this Wawa has really declined. I waited 13 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese, and when they realized it wasn't toasted, I didn't mind and just let it go. I could see that the staff was overwhelmed, with one person complaining about something and only able to handle one order at a time. The last few times I visited, they forgot my drinks, and when I stood there for over 15 minutes, they would finally ask whose order they were waiting for. I really hope things improve.

I work a 4-1 schedule and usually stop by this Wawa on my way to work to grab a drink to go. I pay for my order and collect it quickly before leaving. However, the last time I visited, there was a new employee or manager who took a long time to prepare drinks. They seemed to wait around for customers to place their orders and then would just vanish for who knows how long. I've had several frustrating encounters with this person in the last few weeks and even spoke to a manager about it, but the issues remain. If this situation doesn't improve, I won't be returning to this Wawa again.

New store is nice and they supply alcohol. However, the staff have grounded my food orders on a number of occasions. There is a man who does evil locusts. Don't know his name, but he's a thin white guy with glasses. His hot Huagies are just flames. When I walk and he's not in the kitchen, I only order chicken tits because all the other staff is able to make (they even managed to burn them once). It's a shame because the rest of the shop is great.

Worst Wawa I've ever been to all the young kids specifically too young girls just slam your food down on the counter and can't even get an order right not to mention my food is never wrapped properly and is completely falling apart everytime save your money and go to another Wawa if you must
