Sylvie's In Tuscany - Cetona

I have been to this location for about 8 years now. I usually bring a group of painters. While the accommodations are amazing, what keeps us coming back is the delicious meals prepared by Sylvie the Chef. She has this great ability to make something taste absolutely out of this world using local ingredients. Her Picci pasta is out of this world, it tastes so fresh. Her smoked beef or pork dishes are to die for, not to mention her desserts. If you are in the area, experiencing Sylvie's dishes is something not to be missed.
