Blue Thai - Cessnock

We had a delicious and affordable meal from Blue Thai while staying at Ingenia Hunter Valley (Big4). We highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

On our way south from Bundaberg, QLD, we stayed at the Ingenia Huter Valley Holiday Park. Tired from our long travel, we opted to try the BlueThai Restaurant. The food was extremely fresh, and the flavors were to die for! My husband 2 adult sons couldnt believe the comment saying veggies werent fresh etc.. this couldnt be further from the truth! The serving sizes are also very generous the BYO is also great. Before we left we asked to speak to the owner Chef) to let her know we were extremely happy with the lady serving us in the Restaurant also her cooking presentation etc. WE WILL BE BACK!

We were staying in our caravan at the show ground and walked there. Friendly staff. Good menu and tasty fresh seafood. Cost $73 for 2 entrees and 2 main courses and a BYO bottle

Located on the Ingenia Holiday Park premises, this restaurant is incredibly convenient for park guests. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including chef's specials listed on a blackboard that should not be missed. The meals are delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and the service is exceptional.

The restaurant is located outside of town, but often the best restaurants are situated away from the city center (a 5-minute drive from town), in a holiday park. We ordered fish cakes, satay chicken, Tom Yum soup, sizzling seafood, and rice for 2. The flavors were exceptional, not overcooked, perfectly seasoned, and tender. There was only one other couple dining at the restaurant on a Sunday night, but there were over 15 takeaways during our visit. The female owner was very helpful and accommodating.
