Qbio is possibly one of the best pizza restaurants between Cesena and Rimini offering a creative variety of pizza using premium quality organic ingredients including organic flour and organic vegetables. The menu changes seasonally however, traditional pizzas can be ordered with whatever topping that you like. There are also a few gluten free alternatives for those with food allergies /or intollerances. While pizzas are cheap they are delicious and well worth spending a little extra. Qbio also offers an interesting range of organic fruit drinks as well as beer and wine. Book to ensure you get a table. And on that note, the round tables are recycled cable cylinders in fact the ambience is very simple but very interesting.

Maybe my expectations were too high...i have been quite disappointed by the pizzas... Staff is Young, friendly and nice; nice structure of the pizzeria! As for the pizza, pizza dough was excellent, light and tasty (even if not salted at all...at least a minimu...come on guys)...wht has disappointed me the most has been the dressing of the pizza... nothing to say about the quality but my simple margherita had just some tomoato and mozzarella... almost nothing...it seemed more a focaccia than a pizza...
