We were passing through and we stopped at this restaurant that is located next to a campsite. We couldn't book inside because everything was full, but we sat on the garden terrace that they have and we were quite good despite the heat of the day. The food is great, but I must highlight the morcilla millefeuille and the torreznos. Everything is great and the attention is very fast and very well organized. Have no doubt about dining here. It's wonderful and just minutes from the Parador and town centre. Pleasant country-modern setting. Warm friendly service and a chef who knows exactly what he is doing. Every dish cooked to perfection. They specialise in flame grilled meat and fish. Liked it so much we are going back again tomorrow for lunch. Also dessert menu is very yummy. Not the norm in Spain. 5/5
Don't be put off by the fact that this excellent restaurant is attached to the campsite. We went because of local recommendation, and were thoroughly pleased with the whole experience. Despite our lack of Spanish, the waitress guided us through the menu, made sure we didn't order too much, and even recommended the cheaper wines. Cod in batter, pork crackling, mixed salad, pork ribs, chicken wings and a cordon-bleu dessert all went down in a buzzing and convivial atmosphere, and at a very reasonable price. There's a bar area and some tables outside. Normally we wouldn't have given it a second thought, but we were really pleased we did!
