We stayed at dinner booking with TheFork, good service special foods, all in all positive experience.
I can only give an excuse, it was Saturday and it was full, but if you can't handle 50 people it changes work. We start with the times we sat at 8.30 and paid the bill at 10.15, I can understand everything but in a shopping mall waiting to enter the cinema after making the order be served 45/ 55 minutes later is scandalous. The most scandalous thing is that we ordered the “famous” Tapas that nothing has to do with that name) to wait for the 4 dishes, but none of them arrived together. Let's go to drink another complicated chapter. The account is in line with the situation, 20€ per head for a snack with 2 glasses of wine and two of water ... is so much. Back after two months... I found the same environment, with staff always up to the situation, available and prepared. I tried other menu stuff tonight. Mazara Shrimp with fresh and delicious burrata (ordered previously). Fabulous fish rinse. Polenta with exceptional and tasty mushrooms. Faxion tartare with cooked egg at low temperature so good to eat also the dish. Vanilla ice cream drowned with the Port as usual beautiful. This time instead of wine, I tried craft beer in bottle: great product. honest prices and especially in line with the quality of the product served. If it were closer I would go every week: absolutely to try!
After trying for a couple of times this place located within the mall, I can say that the staff is really disorganized and unprepared. It seems almost that a group of friends decided to open an 'enoteca without my preparation in catering. As soon as we sit, we find on the table a miserable paper table with tiny napkin and cake oven and glass for dirty water. Why? Food and wine is not much better. All the dishes we tried (mostly cured meats and cheeses) are trivial and poorly presented. The Italian tapas only only only crostini di pane rinsecchito conditi con salsine pulled out from some can. On 8 cans, 4 repeat each other. At the request of a good glass of red chosen to them, we find ourselves in front of a confused and unprepared waitress that slams shortly after on the table two glasses containing a liquid not well identified without explaining anything to us. Really embarrassing. But the worst was to request aperitif with the Aperiviiamo offer? and find out only after we went out of being screwed. We expected to pay 16 euros for two glasses and a Langhirano cutter, when instead we paid 18 euros (full price, therefore). Don't be fooled by the enoteca of the place, because you would eat and drink as bad as in every other cinema bar. Clear!
