Contribuiți la feedbackReally nice location, service was good and food was really nice. We had a pizza to share between 2 which was lovely, we did get attacked by wasps which was not ideal! But the waitress came over and tried to help get rid of them!
Worst food and service ever! This is a tourist scam. Avoid from this place if you don’t wanna have troubles with the quality of food and the bad service
My mom and I were walking around the water looking for a place to eat and were unsuccessful at a few spots for lunch. Marco at Inriva saw we weren’t able to get seated elsewhere, greeted us kindly, brought over some rose wine and suggested a few menu options. The special pasta with mussels, house salad and salmon ceviche all were amazing, fresh and full of flavor. We felt appreciated, welcomed and treated respectfully. I’d absolutely return and encourage others to do the same!
We have travelled 2,500 miles in the past 17 days through Eastern Europe, Greece and now Italy. Throughout, we have received great service and a warm welcome. That all ended at Restaurant Inriva. It occupies a lovely location but service is non existent and staff do not care. We had intended to eat but having waited 30 minutes for our drinks and a menu with others also leaving the waiter said they were busy but that is the nature of a lakeside restaurant on a Saturday night we abandoned the place. We strongly advise you choose somewhere else. We did and had a lovely meal and great service at nearby Trattoria del Vapore. And our drinks arrived within 2 minutes.
I’ve supported Inriva (the restaurant in Cernobbio) regularly since they opened. Today it snowed on the mountains and it was 7 degrees on the lake. And this was the day Inriva’s manager insisted that my dog who has also regularly attended Inriva and never caused a problem was too big and scary to sit calmly beneath a table inside. Oh, she was happy to take our money for lunch but only if we sat outside with no heating, so that their food would be cold before it got to us. That’s just rude. Sorry, not sorry. customer lost. Oh yes, attaching some pictures of her at other establishments around the lake whom I will dine at again.
