Lo Sciatore - Ceresole reale

What I like about this restaurant is that they are always ready to give you something to eat even if you do not call them before and if you come late. Most restaurants are closed when you turn back after hiking. I don't know when I can arrive it's impossible to have a good walk and think that the restaurant you called first will close in half an hour. I want to have a nice excursion and to find something ready to eat after it. This is the case with this restaurant. You can read more in my article (link in my profile)

I choose this restaurant for lunch every time I visit Colle del Nivolet. They are open, you don't need to phone them to book the place they find something to give you even if it's not lunchtime. Excellent cuisine, local dishes from natural local ingredients (I'm a fan of natural food). And they have always excellent honey. I always buy it. This time I discovered they were open at 8:00, too.
