I came by for the first time to taste the beers at Blaker Brewing in Ceres. Very good customer service and good beer. I had a chance to meet Amanda who is the assistant brew maker. Amanda was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would recommend this brewery to my friends.

We went on a Saturday so they had a hot dog cart and they were the best hot dogs we’ve ever had. Also great live music Eric Fry. The best drink on the menu is a Pluot sour which the bartender let us know the owner grows the pluots on his farm.

Blaker really impressed me. They served the best sour beers I've had in years (and I used to work at another brewery). The music by Eric was fantastic, and the food from Dog and Out was an excellent choice as well. I will definitely be returning!

We were too busy to be served, so we decided to leave. We were really looking forward to our visit and hope to try again another day.
