The food was tasty and served quickly. We decided to pair our meal with a bottle of wine, but we were unaware that the restaurant was closing in 40 minutes. The waitress was quite impolite, and as soon as it was closing time, she stood with her hand on her hip, glaring at us. Honestly, her behavior really detracted from the overall experience.

We were seated promptly, but the server appeared overwhelmed with the number of tables and our service was slow. To avoid constant ordering, we chose to get a bottle of wine. Although the food was delicious, there was no vinegar or other condiments on the table. After trying to get the server's attention with no success, we borrowed vinegar from another table. When I asked for mayonnaise, we were only given two packets to share, which was disappointing for a mayo lover like myself. When we mentioned the missing condiments, we received a sarcastic remark about lucky the vinegar bottle had been disinfected. Despite enjoying our meal, we were surprised to see the restaurant closing early. The server seemed annoyed as we finished our wine quickly and made a remark about us getting drunk. This presumptuous comment made us feel uncomfortable, so we left quickly and would not dine there again.

The restaurant put in a lot of effort to create a delicious and innovative vegan dish. I highly recommend it. Also, the view from the outdoor deck is fantastic!

We went in on a boiling hot day and it was lovely to sit in the cool and see the amazing view. Staff were lovely and we all enjoyed our food

We visited New Quay looking for a nice place to have some lunch. We waited at the foot of the steps to the outdoor eating area for ages while the 2 disinterested waitresses finally showed us to a table. Before we sat down for food we were told there was a 40 minute wait for food because they were so busy. Being right by the sea, my partner ordered Whitebait, only for the waitress to return 5 minutes later to say there was no more whitebait left! The place had only been open for 30 minutes at this point. The food we ordered turned up 15 minutes later and the vast majority of it was inedible. The waitress came with the bill and dint even ask why we hadn’t eaten the food because she couldn’t care less which showed in her general demeanour the whole time we were there. do yourself a favour and dodge this pathetic excuse for a restaurant which is also breaking the law by not allowing customers to use their toilet facilities. my partner tried to use the toilet and she was asked to go and use the public toilets in the square opposite as they couldn’t be bothered to keep cleaning their toilets for customers!, Totally underwhelmed
