Kung Fu Tea - Centreville

I stopped by for a drink and was unsure of what to order. The man working at the front was very helpful and gave me a few suggestions, one of which I decided to try. He made me a delicious strawberry tea that I really enjoyed. The customer service was excellent. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

This is currently our favorite Boba Tea location with easily the best tasting tapioca boba we've found in the area. Reasonable prices for what you get and a friendly atmosphere.One critique is that the menu, which displays across two screens attached to the wall, scroll too quickly to easily determine what is available if you're not as familiar with their selection. They have a printout of their menu that you can refer to or visit their website in advance to see their selection.

I am so glad to have found this gem by our house! I came in with my husband on a rainy Sunday and staff was very welcoming and kind. We both ordered our favorite, Thai Milk Tea. I got honey boba that was delicious. My husband decided to branch out with oolong tea jelly and we both agreed it was pretty light in flavor and we wouldn't order it again. The tea itself was the best we have had in a while and I can't wait to come back and try the coconut milk tea!

I went here order 3 drinks. The first 2 was without hiccup. I wanted the chocolate Hershey frap, however it was out of stock base on the notice on the sign. So I ordered a s'mores coffee frap size large instead. The server even repeat that. I got mine ordered and it was a medium coffee frap. I asked them to remake it, and i mentioned smores coffee frap a few times, the 2nd server acknowledged. I even ask for a large size again and paid a dollar more. They were nice enough to accommodate that. What really **** me off is that they ran out of smores. Yes. They did. And they didn't event tell me. They gave me the large coffee frap AGAIN. I stated i want the smores and one of the server finally tell me they ran out. First, it's a waste of my time. I waited 15 mins for that drink. Are you going to pay for my time? Of course not. Second, It's annoying AF, i paid for what i want, don't force me to take things I don't want and just to rack up your store sell profit. Third, HOPE they can educate their servers. I asked for a refund and they promptly gave it back to me, i didn't take that damn drink because **** customer for wasting servers time right? Doesn't offer to make it right, doesn't offer the drink for free. it's **** me off so much. Customer service went down the trash pipe as fast as they take money from you for the shitty watery drink.

Service was great and the boba was delicious. Great place to go after work or school.
