They now accept cards, so you don’t have to pay in cash anymore. However, the staff is definitely not friendly or welcoming. For a long time, the younger employee would yell at customers if they didn’t produce cash right when they arrived, acting as if they had done something wrong. On the bright side, it's quite entertaining to overhear the staff arguing in the kitchen—it feels like you're getting dinner and a show with each visit!

The food is fantastic, but for the past few months, my mom and I have encountered rudeness from the boy at the front. Just a week ago, I tried to place a pickup order, and the person on the phone rudely informed me that they weren't doing pickups and then hung up. When we went back a week later, the same kid at the front was very unfriendly. I wish the customer service was better, but I won't be wasting my time here again anytime soon.

This restraunt is one of the best places i've been yet in centtailia. their food is tangy savory and not greasy. this chinese store is one of the best go to for me. :

The staff here aren't the friendliest, although I can understand what they might be dealing with. The gentleman at the counter always seems angry and often slams the window. They are very busy, so you would think that would make them appreciate their customers more. I've also been shorted some money, and while it wasn't a large amount, that's not the main issue. If they're not happy running this business, maybe they should consider closing.

The food is your average Americanized Chinese food. I feel like the place has gone downhill a bit over the past year or two. The wait times for food have gotten longer and the service isn't very friendly. The owners have their little kids there pretty much 24/7 which I find to be a little strange.
