Toa Payoh Lorong 8 Vegetarian Stall

The restaurant offers a wide variety of colorful dishes, all of which are quite delicious. We were fortunate to be assisted by a friendly lady chef. We managed to have a late lunch around 1 PM.

The food is prepared by the owner, giving it a homestyle feel. It's not extraordinary, but it definitely satisfies. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are generous.

I had the beehoon with sambal sweet potato leaves, fried tofu, and potatoes, and it was incredibly tasty. Most of their breakfast options are a bit oily, so they could consider offering less greasy dishes, like the “Fish” soup noodles, after 11 o'clock. It's worth noting that none of their dishes contain milk or eggs.

The vegetable fritters are tasty, and the curry rendang is impressive. However, the noodles could be less greasy.
