Hong kong nudel has a little wok hey, not fat but not amazing
The variety is good, but I wouldn't recommend their sheng mian though.
The food isn't anything special, but it is good, and plentiful, and inexpensive. The woman waiting tables when I went was very friendly.
The ban mian soup tasted like it’s the type with the flavours primarily coming from the seasoning. Ingredients wise there were veggies, sliced tomatoes, konnyaku ‘sotong’, crispy mushroom fritters, some tasty soy protein The wok hei wasn’t evident in their carrot cake but t’was still a tasty dish without being too oily
