Montgomery's Meats - Central Point

Great experience getting my half beef processed here. I had my cut sheet filled out over the phone, asked to keep the fat trimmings. Everything is exactly as requested.

I would have to say this place is by far one of the worst customers service ran places that I’ve ever been to i was given a $100 gift card from my work for this place that my job got me as part of a Christmas present an now that it is summer I was just getting around to use it an the owner would not let me an my co worker use our cards an we were told that he will not be honoring them anymore that basically we are out of luck…it’s sad to see another company lose customers over some small change compared to the big change they would get it they truly made there customers feel important… highly recommend not buying anything from this place or atleast not waste your money on gift cards that will never be honored…

Every year our company would give gift cards to Montgomery Meats as part of our Christmas bonus. A number of us save them for big weekends like the 4th of July. However, we were very rudely told that since the Central Point store no longer sells to the public, they would not honor the gift cards or reimburse us for the money on the cards. “Your SOL” one employee was told. “Go to your owner, maybe they’ll give you some money”. If this is how they treat the general public, I would not trust their commercial products. Do not trust them to honestly, or sanitarily process your meats. I also would not buy there products in the stores.

Amazing quality and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Love this place!!

Quality cuts, knowledgeable people, good prices. Great place, I love going here.
