Kona Bento - Central Point

I visited for the first time today not realizing really what I had stumbled upon. I immediately teared up because my Papa, who is Hawaiian, would have loved it and I really miss him a lot today. He would have helped me get through this stupidly difficult week and reminded me of how strong I really am. The kind person working asked if I wanted water and I told them no and explained my tears to which they were kind about. They hooked me up with sauces since it was my first time and were so kind : I should have gotten their name but I didn't, I'll have to go back just to get their name. I needed their kindness today. If you get to read this, thank you so so much. It's been a long and painful week. I just started eating the food and I'm so thrilled at how absolutely delicious it is. Can't get better then kind, wonderful humans and good food! Can't wait for next time.

So delicious. I only have to say that one time a long time ago there was a weird spring metal type thing inside my macaroni salad. I have no idea where it came from. I'm only guessing something broke off into it. Needless to say it did ruin my appetite and I love Bento and Macaroni Salad. Tbh it took me a long time before coming back but I am glad I did because the food has always been consistently good besides that one time.

It's drive through only, but there's a nice gazebo to have lunch in.Food: 5/5
