Burger King - Central Falls

I visited this Burger King with my three-year-old son in hopes of getting a quick and easy order, but what I witnessed was completely excessive. I observed two employees fighting in the kitchen and the manager simply shouting, "Drag her!" On top of that, I saw one girl holding another girl's head in the deep fryer. It was absolutely traumatic for my son. However, the food was good so I may consider going back. Update: The food was dragged and the fries were disgusting. Unfortunately, my child is now traumatized.

I love the staff at this restaurant. I have been having lunch here almost daily and have never had any problems so far.

As a chef, I have high standards when it comes to food, and I must say that this restaurant has exceeded my expectations in terms of consistency and quality of their food service, despite being a fast food establishment. I visited Wendy's in Pawtucket and McDonald's nearby, both having long wait times of 35 minutes just to get my order. However, I was impressed by Burger King's efficiency in serving a high volume of customers quickly. The food was hot and fresh, not lukewarm or cold. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

Some uneducated and ignorant customers really try to fight the manager over some chicken fries............. not the managers mistakes that some people are not intelligent. She was nothing but nice to me. Thanks for dinner!

Every morning, I can expect a How are ya? from Gerry, a good morning from David, Helena, and Georgina, and a how are ya, hon from Ashley at this wonderful Burger King restaurant! My coffee and breakfast sandwich is ALWAYS perfect, even when I mix it up and order French Toast Sticks or Pancakes! A great crew with great managers! Thanks also to Matt and the rest of the morning crew!
