Subway - Central Dr, Hornchurch

This subway in the petrol station is our go to place. Staff is generally fast and helpful. And meal deals are perfect for brunch.

Poor customer service, the owner needs to train their staff, they can’t say hello or thanks. They also have hygiene issues (don’t change their gloves when they are serving vegetarians, you have to ask for them to do so but they don’t seem happy to do so) one lady who I couldn’t see her name badge, feels like she’s been forced to work there no smile at all. It’s a local subway to me and I have regularly bought from there but today I think it’s the last time, hope someone else opens another local franchise around,

Staff need training in regards to gluten free options and food heigene standards. The lady who serves us didn't understand when we asked for the get free bread. She then tried to tell us that the normal bread was gluten free. She also used her arm to catch her sneeze when she was making our subway... She didn't wash her hands, or restart the sandwich instead she just continued to make the sub. Disgusting.

It's unfortunate that, like many other Subway locations, this branch has begun to shortchange customers. I received only 6 meatballs instead of the usual 8, and I had to argue to get the right amount. I also got 5 pieces of salami instead of 6. It's just so frustrating!

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Sudha's excellent service. I’m considering starting a petition for her to be the manager! I'll definitely be bringing all my friends here, but only on the days when Sudha is working.
