Meditalia - Central Dr, Hornchurch

Highly disappointed with meditalia this time around. The first time I ordered it. I was impressed. But the second time I was upset and disgusted with how it was dealt with. Firstly they delivered the wrong pizza. I didn't not receive the toppings I ordered. Then to top it. I found hair in it. I called up and they didn't believe me nor did they replace or offer me a refund. Bad customer service

Don’t bother to order anything from them, you wont see your food!!

Grilled chicken burgers are Raw!... they used to make there chicken burgers on a charcoal grill, but now make them in the pizza oven... chicken burgers come out raw. Good luck trying to complain to owner, he’s a stuck up man and starts shouting at you like it’s your fault...avoid this place at all means. Hygiene levels are below average.... better of going to the shop opposite for anything grilled etc.

Avoid this place, it's a joke was waiting nearly 2 and a half hours for food to be delivered. Called them few times to ask where is my food, every time different explanation. Not worth it to bother.

Kebabs had no flavour, items missing etc, which I had to prove to them in person as the chef was insisting he had put the right things in. Doner was dry as a bone, portion was pretty small considering we ordered larges. Disappointing as the other reviews seemed OK.
