Not sure how it has gotten the high rating that it has. Coffee was very average and super over sweetened for a mocha. Bagel was warm rather than properly toasted. For a £9 that is not a good value for money. You pay for the area poshness with a view of a dirty bus stop. Toilet had a half broken latch and no way to dry your hands.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I’ve been here almost every week on my way to work for the past two years. Today I decided to go with my toddler as a treat. He knocked over his babychino, which they charge an exorbitant amount for, (it is just foamed milk and Pret, Gail’s and lots of other places give them for free) and he was very upset. After I asked for tissues to clean the woman gave it to me very rudely and didn’t offer to help. Instead of checking up on me she came to check the mess and asked me quite rudely to move out of the way. When I asked for a new one as he’s 2 years old and didn’t do it on purpose, saying nothing about paying or not paying, she rudely said, no I think you should pay. When I complained to the manager he went on a rant about how everything costs money and did he spill the babychino or did I… I did not have a problem paying but the way they both spoke to me was unacceptable. It’s quite shocking how different my treatment was as a working woman vs as a mother, even as a loyal customer. We went to Pret next door where they gave me a babychino with a smile and told me I don’t have to pay when I took my card out. The coffee shop at the tube station also has lovely customer service where they treat everyone respectfully and the coffee is much better than at Loft.

The best coffee for miles and great food. I recommend checking it out. You won't be disappointed!

Probably the best chai we've ever had in London, absolute must try. Get there before 3pm to enjoy the brunch options. Highly recommend the toasted sourdough with eggs and rocket and also the brioche bun. Excellent, friendly staff, nice calm vibe. I wish there were more of these around!

A gem of a coffee shop right next to the Finchley Road tube station. The lady working at the shop was very friendly and helpful. The iced coffee was awesome, although they do charge extra for dairy alternatives
